    “Developing an Empowered Workforce through Performance Management”

    Don McKee, Owner of DMcConsulting

    During this presentation MVHRA Members will learn: why employees leave companies and strategies to retain employees.  

    At the conclusion of this presentation attendees will be able to:

    • Explain how employees will stay in an environment where they are challenged and rewarded.
    • Identify what the actual rewards for employment are.
    •  Identify a situation where they can apply the information with a current employee.

    Speaker’s Background & Experience

    Don McKee worked for five years as Director of Training for a large agriculture related company with over 800 employees. Don was also a training consultant for five years for Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Don was responsible for developing and facilitating leadership training, team building and supervisory management training for area business and industry. Currently, Don is in his tenth year as owner of DMcConsulting. Don develops and facilitates training for organizations throughout the state of Iowa and surrounding states.

    SHRM Approved for 2 SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Professional Development Credits
