Mark Lehman has given over 50 seminars on health care reform in the last three years.  His audiences have included HR professionals, attorneys, CPA’s, business owners, and benefit brokers.  He attends annual legislative roundtables in Washington D.C. with HHS, IRS, and DOL regulators to stay up-to-date on the Affordable Care Act regulatory environment.  He serves as the in-house expert for over 700 employer group benefit plans of a third party administrator.

Mr. Lehman will provide an update on the latest provisions of health care reform legislation and how they affect employers.  This information will assist you in navigating through the waves of rules and regulations as you assess your benefit plan offerings and make determinations on changes in plan design.
