People Reading: What’s In It For Me?

    Presented by Michael J. Monfils

Owner of Michael J. Monfils Training and Development LLC

Michael Monfil’s presentation, “People Reading: What’s In It For Me? “, will introduce and discuss four different styles of behaving and interacting with others, based on current research in this field. MVHRA members will learn about their own unique style and what motivates and stresses them in the workplace. They will watch video segments introducing four coworkers in a game-show format and will decide who they would least and most like to work with. In small groups participants will discuss what is difficult for them in working with people who are different from themselves.

People Reading: What’s In It For Me?will enable audience members to gain a better understanding of themselves and others, as well as the priorities that drive their own behaviors. Participants will learn strategies for building more effective and productive working relationships. They will also formulate a brief action plan for use in the workplace.
