- presented by Don McKee, Owner of DMcConsulting
During this presentation MVHRA members will identify their own individual behavioral styles and strengths. Participants will then discuss how we use our strengths to lead, communicate, solve problems and develop work teams. Participants will also discuss how to moderate their strengths to reduce stress and conflict in the work place. This session can also be used to select and hire the correct people for work group based on their individual strengths.
MVHRA attendees will learn how to:
1. Identify their own strengths and discuss how they use them in their work.
2. Discuss how each behavioral style works with the other styles and why they have conflict.
