Speaker’s Background & Experience

Nancy has been in the HR field since 2000. She excelled in recruiting and hiring for several local and international staffing firms. She received her SPHR and became a Sr. HR Manager for a printing company in Des Moines, IA, before assuming her current position as the Regional HR Manager for Consolidated Grain & Barge Co. (CGB). She provides HR services to 18 offices. Her expertise in hiring, onboarding, and employee development lends itself well to her speaking on successful mentoring programs.
