    “HR Professional as Coach: Supporting Managers in Building Great Teams” 

    Presented by: Heather Woody, Master Certified Professional Coach

    During this presentation MVHRA Members will learn coaching strategies that they can use in their daily conversations with managers, supervisors and other leaders in their organizations. HR Professionals are constantly providing navigation to these professionals and have much influence around their success. Participants will uncover key conversations, language and techniques to turn everyday transactional conversations into transformational conversations that provide leverage to their internal leaders.

    At the conclusion of this presentation attendees will:

    • Learn how to provide effective coaching to internal leaders
    • Be able to encourage solutions oriented actions for leaders to deploy in order to strengthen the leaders
    • Learn key language of great coaches that can be used with their organizations leaders
    • Understand how to uncover key coaching opportunities

    Heather L. Woody is a Master Certified Professional Coach.  She has worked in the Professional Coaching Industry for 17 years for Heather Woody, Unlimited, Inc.  Her work focuses on supporting employees and leaders in all varieties of organizations as they pursue their visions, goals and outcomes. 

    Heather enjoys developing the capabilities, strengths and skills of individuals as each works to elevate their performances and key behaviors needed in today’s organization.  She spends time working primarily in healthcare, manufacturing, community service organizations, financial and insurance businesses and more.
