Biography:

Brad is past president of GRHRA (Quad Cities) and is a popular speaker on employee benefit issues.  Brad is the founding partner of Benefit Staff LLC and serves as a benefit consultant for many large Midwest based employers.  In his 23 year career in benefits, he strives to make the complex world of employee benefits easy to understand and interesting to learn about.  He has earned numerous insurance industry designations as well as maintaining both PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
