“The Dreaded Employee Evaluation: Are They Really Worth the Time?
Presented by: Don McKee, Owner of DMcConsulting
During this presentation Don will discuss why it is important to evaluate employee performance. He will also discuss how to evaluate non-tangible expectations such as communication, motivation etc. Don will discuss how to write goals for improvement. Discuss why most leaders hate to evaluate performance and how we can empower them to be more actively involved.

- Incorporate goals that are measurable and achievable
- Evaluate employees skills as they actually relate to the expectations

Don McKee is the Owner of DMcConsulting and has been training supervisory management and leadership development for the past 25 years in the state of Iowa. Don focuses on strategies designed to hire, develop, motivate and retain employees. Don works very closely with many HR professionals to develop training programs designed to bridge skill gaps.
