“Talent Development & Employee Growth Strategies”

Presented by: Dr. Celina Peerman, President- Peerman Group

In a changing workplace landscape, HR must continue to make the business case for why talent must be engaged and retained to drive organizational results.  This session will draw on research-based method that support HR professionals to make that argument and lead with tools to make it happen.  With an emphasis on succession planning, knowledge mapping, micro-learning, and more, best practices for workforce strategy will be linked to evolving understanding of what will keep people productive on the job in 2021.  Participants will receive a sample 3-year HR strategic plan to use as a launching point for their talent strategy deployment.

At the end of this session, participants should be able to:

    • Identify talent gaps and opportunities in their organization
    • Make a business case for why closing gaps and maximizing opportunities have a direct bottom line impact
    • Apply learning by adapting several models to their individual
