    “HR Marketing in Today’s Digital World”

    Presented by: Cheryl O’Hern, Digital Specialist |Spin Markket LLC.

    Today, the whole world of marketing has flipped more in the last year than in the previous 50 years. It is Digity! How your company looks online is the first place your next “potential” applicant is going to check you out. Yes, they are checking you out first before you even have a chance to look at their resume. And about that resume, forget it. Digital has taken over that too. Attendees will learn simple techniques that demonstrate how to work with your marketing and management to improve your online presence and culture that brings in quality applicants.

    Participants will learn:

    • that digital marketing puts you front and center. It is now your job to make the perfect first impression;
    • how to design a hiring and marketing strategy that takes you viral;
    • that, all along, you are creating a culture that gets them and keeps them!

    Speaker’s Background & Experience:

    Cheryl O’Hern has been in the marketing and sales world for over 20 years with a variety of Fortune 500 companies designing creative marketing campaigns for branding and lead generation. Today she is taking digital marketing to another level working with companies on understanding the digital world and developing strategies that show results. You will frequently hear her say “It is all about your Story and how you tell it”. Digital Marketing is just that, telling a story and there is a “method to the madness” in which she guides clients through the foundation stage all the way to the goal that demonstrates results.
