Speaker’s Background & Experience:

Brian Owens is an investigator with the US Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division. Brian has conducted a variety of compliance actions relating to the Fair Labor Standards Act. Brian has a master’s in human resources management from Webster University, and Higher Education Administration from the University of Louisville as well as a Professional in Human Resources Certification issued by the Human Resources Credentialing Institute.
