We are excited to host our first MVHRA Spring Conference! The conference will be held on Thursday, April 24th from 1 – 4:30 pm at the Capitol Theater in Downtown Burlington.

Session #2 (2:20 - 3:20 pm)
Post-Election Regulatory Shifts with Russ Curry
Explore how post-election regulatory changes affect HR policies, labor laws, and workplace compliance. Participants will explore shifts in employment rules, benefits, diversity efforts, and labor relations. Learn strategies to stay compliant and adapt policies effectively. Chris will show how focusing on the “ecosystem” or culture of your organization can be a key strategy in dealing with recruitment, retention, engagement, and job satisfaction.
