“Culture Index Survey Process™: Checking the Wellness of Your Culture”
Presented by: Michele Matt, CSP, CVP Senior Consultant with JER HR Group
From many years of experience working with organizations, Michele has created a survey to measure the wellness of an organization’s culture based upon 7 measures. She will discuss the importance of these measures in an organization and recommendations for each: Clarity, Code, Creativity, Consistency, Coaching, Conflict and Celebration.
Participants will learn:
- In order to have a healthy culture, listen to your employees.
- Employees will let you know what they want you to do to best serve, appreciate and retain their loyalty.
- About best practices to create a culture of collaboration in your organization.
Speaker’s Background & Experience:
Michele Matt has been inspiring the attitudes and actions of thousands of people since 1991, through customized learning experiences, dynamic keynote presentations, strategic business planning and organizational development. She has worked in a variety of industries designing and facilitating: Strategic Planning, Leadership Development, Customer Service Initiatives, Organizational Culture Transformation, and Team Building. She is a Certified Facilitator for Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ programs. In 2011 she was awarded the “Impact to Business” from the Association of Talent Development-Iowa Chapter for the work she’s done to help Matagorda Regional Medical Center to become a Hospital of Choice. Michele is appropriately recognized as “The Attitude Adjuster” because she has written several books and training resources on the topic, including the best-selling book, Attitude: The Choice is Yours.
