In a 2019 study from Harvard Business Review, they found that 40% of individuals in organizations felt they didn’t belong. Just think – that was before the isolation of the pandemic! As humans, we are wired to belong. Leaders that create an environment that fosters belonging decrease turnover, increase productivity and increase work satisfaction. Learn how you can be key to bringing back belonging at work. HR professionals will take back tangible steps to create belonging in their organization.
Learning Objectives:
*Understand the importance of belonging at work
*Identify the impact of a belonging culture (retention, engagement, employer promotion)
*Plan practical steps to create belonging in your organization
