Jennifer Zach is a graduate of Coach U, the world's first coaching school, and certified in mind-body coaching and integrative somatic trauma therapy, and author of Somatic Awareness: Leading with Body Intelligence. She is the founder of Zach Coaching, LLC and The 3N ModelTM: Notice, Name, Navigate, where she helps leaders tap into their body's intelligence to lead with greater clarity, resilience, and impact.
Trained under Dr. Peter Levine, a pioneer in the field of somatic healing, Jennifer uses her 3N Model to teach leaders to Notice, Name, and Navigate their internal states-building psychological safety, unlocking talent, and driving healthier business cultures and outcomes.
With more than 20 years of corporate experience in the financial and utility sectors, Jennifer brings deep business acumen to her coaching.

Learning Objectives:
Objective 1

Participants will learn how the body responds to stress and how somatic awareness can support nervous system regulation in high-pressure environments.
Objective 2:
Recognize early body-based signals of overwhelm, burnout, or emotional fatigue. Participants will explore how to "listen" to physical cues and sensations as a way to increase self-awareness and prevent escalation.
Objective 3:
Apply simple, evidence-informed somatic practices to support calm, clarity, and connection.Participants will leave with practical tools to return to the present moment and respond rather than react.
