Affordable Care Act
Presented by Lynn Schreder,
Co-Owner KHI Financial Solutions
Lynn Schreder will discuss the Affordable Care Act, where we have been, what changes have occurred and the upcoming events that will impact employers and employees.
MVHRA Members will learn what they need to do to prepare their organizations for the ongoing implementation of the law.
Ms. Schreder will offer suggestions on how to manage through the implementation of the law and allow time for questions and answers.
Speaker’s Background & Experience
Lynn Schreder has worked in the health insurance industry since 2002. She started her insurance career with Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield in the marketing department following 14 years in sales and marketing in the telecommunications industry. Prior to that, Lynn taught and coached at the high school level.
Since purchasing KHI in 2009, Lynn has worked with agents and consumers to educate them on PPACA all over the state of Iowa. KHI was recently awarded the Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Wholesale Agency contract from a field of over 40 that was reduced to 10.
