    “HR’s Role in the Employee Career Journey”

    Presented by: Taura Prosek, Coach and Consultant with Stewart Leadership

    During this presentation Taura will discuss five ways HR can support employee career management and development needs. She’ll present a career management framework that attendees can customize to their own unique needs for personal use, as well as adoption into their organizations talent systems. Participants will share ideas and best practices related to incorporating career management, development, and advancement into current talent management systems and processes.

    In today’s presentation, you will learn about:

    • Ideas and best practices shared and determine what naturally translates back to your organization’s needs as it relates to employee career management.
    • The tools necessary to strategically manage your own career, while acting as a resource for others to do the same.
    • Your role and responsibilities in the support and career development of the company’s existing workforce 

       

    Speaker’s Background & Experience: Taura Prosek is an experienced coach and consultant with Stewart Leadership. She has spent over 10 years in HR roles focused on recruiting, talent development and career management, and another 10 in sales/business development roles. For over 5 years she worked as director of career management for the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Evening & Executive MBA programs where she coached thousands of working professionals on all things career. She has an MBA from Kellogg, BBA from UW-Madison, is certified with the International Coach Federation, and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. She will present on how HR can play a role to support the employee career journey.
