    “Developing Day to Day Performance Expectations”

    Presented by: Don McKee, Owner of DMcConsulting 

    During this presentation, Mr. McKee will discuss how to develop day to day performance expectations. These expectations will be measurable and achievable. Participants will also work on developing their own expectations and present back to the group.

    In this presentation attendees will:

    • Learn how to write performance based measurable expectations
    • Gain an understanding of how to use measurable expectations to evaluate employees on a daily basis.

    • Learn how performance based expectations can help establish a baseline of measurement for future performance

      Speaker’s Background & Experience:

    Don McKee has been training supervisory management and leadership development for the past 25 years in the state of Iowa.  Don focuses on strategies designed to hire, develop, motivate and retain employees.  Don works very closely with many HR professionals to develop training programs designed to bridge skill gaps.
