    “Emerging Concepts in Health Insurance Benefits”

    During this presentation, Justin and Jerry will discuss the latest trends emerging in the health insurance and employee benefits industry.  These concepts will include topics such as tying data analytics to wellness programming, artificial intelligence, performance-based PPO networks, medical tourism, and Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements. 

    The learning objectives of Justin and Jerry’s presentation include:

    • Being able to recognize emerging concepts in the healthcare and employee benefits industry.
    • Determining how these concepts could fit into future employee benefit strategies, despite a diverse workforce in the workplace.
    • Understanding their position in the overall local economy.  

     

     

     

    Speaker’s Background & Experience:

    Justin and Jerry, founders of Group Benefit Partners, an employee benefits consulting firm based in Fort Madison.  Since the firm’s inception in 2009, GBP has grown to employ 35 employees in 5 offices across the state.  GBP works to help their clients tailor their employee benefit packages to meet a variety of objectives and works with employers between 2 and 3,000 employees.
