With extensive experience in progressive HR roles within various Fortune 500 organizations, Kyle has a deep understanding of industry best practices. He is also the Founder and CEO of Human Innovation, LLC, and the host of the Rebel HR Podcast. Kyle has contributed significantly to the HR community as Co-Founder of Disrupt HR – Cedar Valley and Past President of Cedar Valley SHRM. His work focuses on revitalizing workplaces with innovative people practices and a strong emphasis on humanity.
