Angela Villhauer has worked for Mercer in numerous roles for 36 years. This experience has provided her a solid foundation for helping employers build a competitive and sustainable benefit program for their employees. Today, her role as a senior Principal in the organization is to lead the Iowa team for health and benefits as well as providing benefit consultation for employers across the country. As a leader for the business, she has an opportunity to hear what is top of mind for
employees, take the trends emerging in the marketplace, and help develop benefit programs that are key to employee satisfaction and retention, while at the same time working to contain cost for the employer.

Angela will be sharing the results of Mercer’s National survey on benefits. She will navigate the group through what Mercer is seeing as key issues and strategies as part of total compensation.

After this presentation attendees should be able to access what is happening in the marketplace in terms of benefits. This will allow them to evaluate how competitive their benefits are as well as how to create benefit packages that allow them to recruit and retain the talent they need for their organization to excel.
