JHOMAHARA COOK is the Community Outreach Resource Planning Specialist for the Des
Moines District of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division. She is responsible
for all education outreach and strategic enforcement planning for the district. Jhomahara has
worked for Wage and Hour since 2015. In her previous role as a Wage and Hour Investigator
she conducted many complex investigations related to the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family
Medical Leave Act, Davis-Bacon Act, Service Contract Act, and more. 

Angela Villhauer has worked for Mercer in numerous roles for 36 years. This experience has provided her a solid foundation for helping employers build a competitive and sustainable benefit program for their employees. Today, her role as a senior Principal in the organization is to lead the Iowa team for health and benefits as well as providing benefit consultation for employers across the country.
